Get to know Hilary Krol, Customer Operations Manager at Treehouse.
I am a Customer Operations Manager, currently helping support our customers both pre- and post-sale, serving as a liaison between our sales and field teams, and managing our subcontractor network.
Prior to joining Treehouse, I spent time at RXBAR where I managed the sales and distribution strategy for a vertical of specialty B2B accounts. Most recently, I worked at Flowspace, where I was responsible for full lifecycle client management, providing omnichannel fulfillment for brand operators. Being an EV-owner myself, I was super interested in what Treehouse was building. I also come from a family of electricians and contractors, so the opportunity to join the team really couldn't have been more perfect!
All days at Treehouse are quite memorable - we're growing fast and breaking sales records every month!
I am especially proud of the institutional knowledge I’ve gained while working in this role. When I started at Treehouse in June 2023, we were only installing EV chargers. Less than a year later, we’re assisting customers in whole home electrification, including induction appliances, HVAC, water heaters, and home battery backup. It’s so exciting!
I’m consistently impressed by Dan Francis, our Chief Product Officer. He always seems to know a little bit about a lot of things, so I’d love to be a fly on the wall in their SF office and watch him work. I don’t know that I’d want to switch jobs with him though, because I’d be terrible at it!
Life in and outside of work is busy! I mostly spend my time chasing around my toddler and will be welcoming baby #2 in October! We’re currently renovating our family cabin, and I’m looking forward to spending lots of time there this summer.
